JSM began in 1998 as a small construction company in the mountains of Colorado. Jeremy and Brian were friends from Minnesota throughout their high school years and happened to each find their way to Colorado in search of the mountains. Like many people looking for life in a ski town, they landed in one of the few thriving industries – home building.

It didn’t take long before they partnered up and carved out a niche of their own as driven builders who highly valued integrity and efficiency. As their business grew over the years, they continued to expand into all the different markets that a small town has to offer, including high end custom homes, speculation homes (SPEC), single-family subdivisions, multifamily projects, and commercial.

Jeremy is married with four kids and Brian is married with two kids. They both live full-time in Steamboat Springs.
