Capturing the beauty and unique features of a home and property are a difficult task. We give much credit to our photographer and architect partners who are so talented. We believe they are also the best at what they do!

Since its inception in 1998, JSM has built hundreds of homes in and around Steamboat Springs.  Below are some of the recent ones we’ve built to give you a snapshot of our work and the different styles that are found in a mountain town.

We have our homes shown in two different categories, Custom Homes and SPEC Homes. Custom homes are homes that we build under the full direction of an owner and architect with the intent of the owner to occupy the home when we are complete.  SPEC homes, which is short for ‘speculation homes’, are homes that are built for the purpose of selling to a prospective buyer once they are completed.
